摘 要

 在电信行业,业务支撑系统如何实现应用集成和业务流程整合一直是电信运营商们关注的焦点。为了适应竞争日益激烈和客户需求快速变化的环境,电信行业需要能够灵活快速的调整业务模型和业务流程,需要将分布在多个业务系统中的数据资源和业务流程整合起来。
 本文分析了上海电信现有支撑系统在与其他系统集成,跨平台实现业务流程自动化方面的不足,提出了基于IBM WebSphere Process Server的电信业务流程解决方案。该方案利用SOA编程模型实现了与上海电信CRM系统、ODS系统、上海电信门户系统的应用集成。利用IBM WebSphere Process Server提供的多项主体服务组件,实现了电信九大业务流程的自动化和业务预警机制。
 本系统已应用于上海电信浦东电信局,很好的与上海电信门户系统、CRM系统集成处理转型业务流程,并且将推广至上海电信各区局。

The Application of Telecommunications Based on
the IBM WebSphere Process Server
                                                

Abstract
 In the telecommunications industry, the application integration and business process integration has been the focus of the telecommunications provider. In order to adapt to an increasingly competitive and customer requirement in an environment of rapid change, the telecom industry needs to flexibility and quickly adjust their business models and business processes, and also need to integrate the data resources and business processes in the various business support systems.
 This paper analyzes the Shanghai Telecom's existing business support system disadvantage in integrating with other business support system and achieving cross-platform business process automation. And it proposes the telecommunications business processes solutions based on the IBM Web Sphere Process Server. The program uses SOA Programming Model to integrate with the Shanghai Telecom's CRM system, the ODS system and the Shanghai Telecom Portal System. Use a number of the main components services provided by IBM Web Sphere Process Server to achieve the telecommunications business process automation and business alert.
 The system has been applied to the Shanghai Pudong telecommunications. It perfectly collaborate with the Shanghai Telecom's CRM system, the ODS system, the Shanghai Telecom Portal System to process the business process. And it will be extended to the whole the Shanghai Telecom.
