蓬莱民和食品有限公司人力资源管理现状调查研究
【摘要】本文针对蓬莱民和食品有限公司人力资源管理的现状的调查结果，指出了该企业人力资源管理在管理理念、人力资源的招聘、培训、绩效考核、激励机制、企业文化等方面存在一些问题，提出了从组织结构的设计、管理者理念的转变、合理规划人才招聘、严格专业的员工培训、优秀企业企业文化的建设、公平合理的绩效考核和激励机制激励机制等方面的对策和建议。

【abstract】This passage did general investigation in HR management of Penglai Minhe Food Limited Company, then find that the problems of HR management in this company including the notion of the manager, invite applications for human resources, worker trainings, accomplishment evaluation, enterprise culture and so on.At last, giving the suggestions as follows:designation of organization structure, the change of the manager’s notion,reasonable plans for invite applications,strict worker trainings,the construction of enterprise culture,how to make fair accomplishment evaluation.
